With the development of internet, it becomes a trend that the company can complete all setting up procedures via governmental online system in the near future.
From 1st Nov 2015, for the name application at the state level, it is applicable for the online application procedures and the state Administrative bureau will issue the online name approval.
The purpose for this administrative reformation is to simplify the application procedure. However, according to Dongjin’s experience, the actual application will be delayed due to the technical problems. For example, for former cases, it took only five working days for them to issue the name approval but now takes fifteen working days or even longer.
